Providers and Program Stakeholders:

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is excited to notify you that the Breast and Cervical Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Program’s system modernization for the provider portal went Live on Tuesday, June 10th. The portal will be accessed through a new website with a new look.

This website will provide instructions to register as an authorized portal user. As part of the authorized user account setup process, an email from Salesforce with the subject: BCCDT

User Account Has Been Approved, will be sent to providers. The email will include prompts to reset your password and complete your portal access setup.

We realize that with any new system, there may be user questions and general inquiries. Please use the following email for representative assistance: crmsd@mdthink.maryland.gov

Modernization Goals:

The new BCCDT operational system on the Salesforce platform aims to streamline application processing, improve the participant application tracking system, enhance reporting capabilities, and integrate claims processing within a single cohesive system. This will lead to better service delivery for participants and providers.

The updated provider portal will allow providers the ability to verify patient eligibility and check claims status in an enhanced environment.
