Check Patient
Eligibility.
The Santeon Portal helps you check whether or not your patient is eligible for
the medical services you provide. Simply submit the patient’s identification
information to DHMH on-line. As soon as the request is processed (a brief
moment) you will receive notification of eligibility status in your message
center.
Request an
Authorization.
No need to go through paperwork hassles! Submit your prior authorization
request online. As soon as the request is processed you will receive a
notification in your message center regarding the acceptance or denial of your
authorization .
Check Claim Status
After submitting your claim to DHMH, you can inquire about their status . You
will receive a direct response for each claim submitted.
Submit Claims Online
The Santeon Portal enables you to submit professional, institutional, and
dental health insurance claims. You can also view, edit, and/or delete any of
the submitted claims.
Upload Claim Files
The Santeon Portal gives you the ability to upload claim files in any format
and save them for reference in the portal repository until you decide to
download them.
Update Your Profiles
Update your professional details online. You do not have to make a phone call
or mail DHMH changes to your profile. Simply update your professional details
by accessing the Portal and make the necessary changes on-line.
